A Pre-High Holy Day Shabbat Experience with Rabbi Golan Ben Chorin

Join us on Shabbat, Friday, September 16 at 6:00 pm, when Rabbi Ben Chorin expands our spirituality before Rosh Hashanah.

Rabbi Ben-Chorin will speak at services: “A priest, an imam and a rabbi walk onto a Pickleball court – Why an Israeli Reform Rabbi engages in interfaith.”  An Oneg Shabbat will follow Services

On Shabbat morning, September 17 from 10-11:30 am, Rabbi Ben-Chorin will lead Torah Study: The mind, the story and the human condition – a close reading of the week’s Torah portion of Ki Tavo. A continental breakfast will be served.

Rabbi Golan Ben-Chorin Ed.D., is an entrepreneurial educator, community innovator and an international consultant. Golan’s work addresses intra-cultural diversity as when he established pluralistic communities in Israel, founded Limmud Haifa and the first Mediterranean conference – Limmud Med. His inter-cultural work expresses itself in his founding of HaiFIC -The Haifa Forum for Interfaith Cooperation and his work in various international interfaith organizations.
