Festival of Shavuot
Shavuot means "weeks". This Festival celebrates the giving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai to the Jewish people seven weeks after Passover. Every year on Shavuot, we renew our acceptance of God's gift to the Jews with an evening of study called "Tikkun L'eil Shavuot".
