Operation Breakthrough: Non-perishable Food Drive
The mission of Operation Breakthrough is to provide a safe, loving, and educational environment for children in poverty and to empower their families through advocacy, emergency aid and education. The New Reform Temple will be collecting non-perishable food items from November 28 through December 5, 2021 at the Hanukkah Menorah Lighting ceremony at Unity Temple on the Plaza – 707 W. 47th St. Suggested items are pasta, canned spaghetti sauce, rice, boxed mac & cheese, boxed soups and canned goods.…

Community Tisha B’Av Observances
In observance of Tisha B’Av, a community-wide observance outdoor service will take place on Saturday, August 6 at Congregation Beth Shalom. If inclement weather, the evening will be held in indoors at the congregation. Outdoor seating will be available and those who wish may bring blankets to sit on.
